Goose Goslin scrapbook : scrapbook, 1933-1968.

The personal scrapbook of Goslin contains a variety of news clippings and news photographs, as well as photographs and various ephemera. Items of note include signed letters from Babe Ruth, Clark Griffith, Frank Navin, and Jimmie Stevenson. Original cartoon of Goslin by Krenz. Also, 1925 Washington Senators World Series Official Score Card/program, baseball card in St. Louis Browns uniform, 1936 Philadelphia Sporting Writers' Association dinner program, 1939 Trenton Senators Centennial Souvenir Booklet, 1940 Eastern League annual pass, and ticket for 1969 induction dinner to the state of Michigan Sports Hall of Fame. Photographs of family, friends, fans, home, managing at Trenton, Baseball Hall of Fame induction ceremony, working, playing ball, and leisure activities, as well as one of Babe Ruth. The scrapbook most likely was compiled by Marion, Goose's wife.

Goose Goslin played for the Washington Senators (1921-1930, 1933, 1938), Saint Louis Browns (1931, 1932), and the Detroit Tigers (1934-1937). He was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1968.
